IHS Marching Band

Marching Band Information

Every student in band, percussion, and colorguard at IHS participates in the IHS marching band. The band performs at all IHS football games, 4-6 marching competitions, the FISD marching showcase, and at the Frisco Community parade each year.

Rehearsal Schedule for Marching Band

To comply with the UIL 8 hour rule, Friday morning rehearsals will end at 8:00, and we may skip Friday morning rehearsals if we don’t have a game that week.

Every Morning- 7:00-8:30am

Monday Evening- 5:00-7:00pm

• Recipient of the Jon Davies Memorial Outstanding Spirit Award, which is presented to the band that best demonstrates outstanding spirit and support of other bands’ performances throughout the contest.
